The School of Foreign Languages features high-level research institutions, including national-level research platforms, Jiangsu University International Issues Research Center, and the Institute of International and Regional Studies at Southeast University, providing solid support for the coordinated development of teaching and research. Over the past five years, the School has secured more than 40 national, provincial, and ministerial research projects (including one Key Project of the National Social Science Fund of China) and over 20 provincial and ministerial teaching reform projects. Faculty members have published nearly 200 papers in core journals indexed in CSSCI, A&HCI, and SSCI, more than 10 planned textbooks at various levels, over 60 academic monographs and translated works. In addition, the School has received more than 10 awards at or above the provincial level for outstanding teaching and research achievements.
